My new GTO *pics*

Well, after waiting a week for the blue on blue, I was told it was still going to be another 2+ weeks so I decided on a black on black with 18" instead.

I've never had a manual before and I can already tell this thing is going to be a blast. I'm getting the windows tinted on Wednesday,

Here are some pics... no haters please

The only things I'd do is get a bodykit/wing like hsv has for the monaro which I think does a lot for the conservative design and new wheels, maybe even 19's if those are 18's.

I hate you so much.

I'm seriously reconsidering my choice of vehicle. I want to drive up to Carmax tomorrow and trade mine in for a GTO.

Hell yes! Very nice car. I was very close to purchasing a red-on-red GTO (LS1... ) when my TL-S was in, umm, trouble last year. Good luck with it.

So far I love the gearbox. First gear takes a little getting used to but the clutch feels perfect.

The fit and finish of this car amazes me. Maybe because it is built in Oz... who knows. The guages light up in a nice shade of green which is a great change from the red I am used to in the grand prix. Also, even though the headlights are Halogen, they do an awesome job.

As far as the handling goes, so far I am impressed. Compared to my CL-S, this thing feels like a Mini Cooper! The ride is near Luxo and very nice- yet firm with no body roll.

I am already looking into intake, headers, and exaust from www.motorsporttech.com here in Houston. I have heard good things about them and they know how to hook up the LS2.

6.0 baby!!!

that looks sweet.
You need to get the monaro front bumper
OR autocross grills and that SAP front bumper. That actually looks pretty mean IMO.
i love that car. Congrats.

Nice ride, I thought about getting one but can't seem to get over the fact that it's a pontiac, even though it might say holden. For service, you still have to go to a pontiac dealer, not a pleasant experience.

Howdy neighbor! (Sugar Land here)
Nice car man! I decided that I really liked those after driving them at the GM Driver's Experience thing they had at Reliant. Those things are awesome! They look so tame, but omg... they aren't. They are monsters!

Congrats
