OP: Have you not learned anything from this? I've held my tounge, but dude, you go from looking at a car in Chi to one in vegas, did'nt even bother clicking your other links. What is the rush? If your going to buy, do it around there. You said you never thought about buying a round trip ticket? Well for starters there are normally cheaper, and that just shows your immaturity. Why the fuck would'nt you? You got to cover your ass bro. Anyways, what is the rush to buy a car you were'nt even looking for in the first place? You said in your first post "i was'nt even looking for a car but i found one, etc.." Do you NEED this? Hell no! Its a want, and this is whats going to get you in trouble. Then you go from 48 to 57k. I don't care what you can afford or not, working at a gas station i find it hard to believe, but hey man kudos.

I think you should just chill out and drive your TL. To your post about "us" or the majority of the poeple who posted on here, about if i saw somthing i've wanted for a real long time and saw it for a steal, i would jump on. The asnwer is no. I want a z06, i want a truck, i want alot of things, but the key is WANT, i understand you live once, but i have a brain in my head and my parents raised me to know the value of my hard earned money. I think having 50k in the bank VS 50k in the driveway is more the way to go, unless you can spare 50k. What if you lost your jobs or somthing happened and now you have 50k tied up in a fucking mode of transportation. Anyways sorry, most of your posts don't make sense to me. Your back and fourth, etc...you do you man, sorry if this came off mean, but i don't get your logic.

OP, you are full of shit and are more of a scam than the M3 you "bid" on. I believe you are an attention whore looking for nothing more than to fit in by buying a car you can no way afford. I don't think you are smart enough to even have that much money in the bank if you fell for a stupid scam like this.

You keep saying you are not thinking about the car, but keep asking if you should go look at it and still buy it? I say you should go thru with the deal, pay the guy the $48,200, and see what happens.

Oh, and :ibyouaskwhatisanattentionwhore:

Any 09 3 series with Nav has the upgraded I drive. If it has the newer I drive knob its the updated system.

M3s are not exactly rare, expecially in the NY metro area. I've seen plenty of used ones already that are well within driving distance to look at. You don't seem to have a very specific car you want in terms of options so I don't see why its that hard to find something local. The only reason I bought my M5 in TX sight unseen in an auction was it was exactly the options I wanted which were almost impossible to find, and it was facilitated by Manhiem auctions which meant I could have them inspect it and refuse the car if there were issues. If it weren't for that situation, I would never buy a car like that.

nuff said man, i get u completely, i'm done with it, im not even going to fly over there to look it from a person with a scammer history, and if i cant find M3 within 100 miles of my house i wont even bother

Thanks for all the advice, no need to post anymore , i think you guys said enough for me to make the right discussion , and if i dont then ill kick myself in the head

And that's why we are here for, to guide and help point you in the right direction.
But, the way you presented yourself online MOST LIKELY is the way you present yourself IRL.

Usually deposits are non-refundable, unless stated other wise. This is totally your call. If you get scewed on the deposit, fck... may as well fly out here and then get the car inspected at a BMW dealership. If things don't work out, then you lose your deposit and airfair. Losing $1,900-$2,000 is an expensive lesson, but better then a $50k lesson.

Oh, and :ibyouaskwhatisanattentionwhore:
Have to agree 1000%. Everything the OP has posted about on AZ has gone to shit. But not in a traditional way, in a really catastrophic way. And even more strange, it happens every time he posts about buying something. Every time.

I've said it about 10 times... and I'll say it again. Get a good financial planner ASAP. If you have as much money as you claim to have you need to invest it now before you throw it away. If it wasn't for AZ you'd be broke, scammed, audited by the IRS for not paying taxes and not reporting income, and on and on. You need to just stop, get your shit together, and quit making everything so public b/c it will come back to bite you in the ass. I'm starting to think you really do not have what you say you do b/c even someone who has never had a dime to their name then suddenly wins the lotto has more money sense then you.

Also, just to prove how little research you put into any decision you make, there is a thread ON THIS FORUM about this guy which was posted by one of the Chicago Z guys. You could have searched AZ for this info without even starting a topic and found out it was a scam well BEFORE you sent the guy any money.
