finally getting it painted. I remember liking your car on a-l when it was all mis-matched, just cause it was so low.

I think it'll look great flat black. can't wait to see the final product.

a proper paint job would AT LEAST remove the head lights, tail lights, door and handles and maybe even the windows. i hope you're not paying much.

who said anything about a "proper" paint job. infact, i specifically said i'm just trying to cover up the old paint and make it one color. $100 in supplies is cheap enough

what kind of track do you do with an acura legend? I've just never seen it used as a track car before.

So you also have 3 Legend sedans (a white, teal and desert mist), and some car under a cover that I couldn't tell? Since you apparently like Legends a lot (just guessing) is the car under a cover a Legend also?

and you also have a bangbus, or is that one of those tourist vans/buses?

Thats what I thought it was, didn't look very high quality, and the material costs being under $100 gave it away.

Hey send some pics this way or a link to the NALM pics thread on AL when you get when you get back. Car looks like it's coming along great and who cares if it isn't as pretty as some of the cars at that meet. I would go to NALM with my TL just to be there and look at the rides.

just in case anyone actually cares, i totalled my coupe coming back from NALM

it was a scary moment. I did infact have my 5 point all on.

pics don't even look too bad, but the front end was literely being held together by the mls bar. also u can't see (i think its b/c of the paint) but the hood is not straight either

u guys know me, here are the PICS

you can see i slid all the way up the hill and back down..

even now hours and hours later on in total shock. idk what to do.

......................

My coupe is still in KY, i plan on driving back there tomorrow and renting a trailer and getting it back home. idk what i'll be doing when it gets back here. if it'll be worth fixing her or fixing my parts a good new home (mine or not ) hopefully the good stuff wasn't damaged too bad.
