Every single Civic Si tries to race me. I'm not even kidding. Every stop at the light, they rev it and rev it. fking ridiculous.

OP I'm glad you and your girl are enjoying the car.
I've never seen a Civic with the full Mugen kit so could you throw some pictures up here?

Just so we're all on the same page in regards to the Mugen Civic, it comes with
MUGEN sports grille
MUGEN side skirts
MUGEN rear diffuser
MUGEN adjustable rear spoiler
MUGEN spherical shift knob
MUGEN 18in. forged alloy rims
MUGEN sport tuned exhaust
MUGEN tuned suspension, with revised spring and damper rates, lowering by 0.6"
MUGEN super awesome stickers and interior placard
So, at the end of the day, you get bodykit, suspension kit, expensive forged wheels and an exhaust for @ $8000. All factory installed, all factory warrantied, with factory fit and finish.
Now if you put similar aftermarket items on a regular Si, it could cost nearly as much, and like most aftermarket parts it wouldn't increase the vehicle's resale value by much....if at all.
The Mugen sedan should hold its value quite well, due to the name of course and the limited edition nature of the vehicle. Civic Si's already have good resale value.
So, its not THAT bad of a deal, its pretty decent once you put it on paper. I think its the sticker shock of a $30,000 civic is what gets folks all hot and bothered.
C'mon friends, there's people out there with WAY more than that in their Civics........

And kudos on the OP's GF enjoying the Mugen Si. I would get one if I were in the market. It will maintain its value far better than a regular Si.
Some pix of the car, please.

Is you RSX an Type S ?

The color of the Mugen wheels with Fuji Blue really stands out. Fuji Blue is by FAR my favorite color on the Si, I love it even more than Arctic Blue on the RSX-S. Too bad FBP is not available on the 09+ Si's.
The Mugen kit stands out...whether or not the price premium is worth it depends on your values, but it is very special.
Nice Q5 in the picture, I love the Q5 in that color...yours?

Thanks. As you probally know you can only get the Mugen SI in Fiji Blue Pearl
LOL very true considering i live in queens, I'm very careful with the Mugen and the Acura. My friends GSR was stolen right in front of his house I would be disgusted if that ever happened to me

CL in lawnmower status
some pictures of the car+gf?
not bad tho, only 1000 made is a pretty limited production, which also means it will be very hard to price if you decide to sell
and i don't think 30k miles and original clutch is much of a feat, especially for a honda, i have over 190k miles on original clutch

Little while ago, I was fucking with this broad with 4 kids. Hood rat fa sho. When I first met her, she was like dudes don't understand that I don't leave my kids for long periods of time, so I can't be out much. I was like I feel ya ma, no problem. Because I don't want to hang out all the mofo time anyway. So we go out, and that time, and times after that...we out til 12-3AM most of those nights! I was like you's a fake ass broad! Talk all that shit and I'm winding up every one of those nights up in dem guts in the back of my 'Ack!
When she would get home, she would be locked out the house (stayed with her moms) and have to knock on her bedroom window to wake up her 6-yr old kid to get in the house! I guess her mother had a curfew while they stayed there, or just was tired of her disrespecting her shit! This broad also liked to fight other broads...even in church...once in the pastor office!
That broad was gangsta!

Funny this thread comes up. I saw my first one last week when i went to the movies. It's is not my taste, but it didn't look bad at all. Glad she's enjoying it and the car is still intact.
Dunno about the gangsta part though?
