My dream car (this week)
I go back and forth about what my dream car is. Presently it is an Alfa Romeo 8C Competitzione. What a beauty! But I got to thinking....
When I was young I had the Lamborghini Countach poster. It was white with the white wheels and the white and black interior. My inner child says this is my dream car, but my car knowledge tells me that this car is a piece-o-crap even by 1980's standards. But what if....
If I could buy a Gallardo LP570 Superleggera and hire a quality coach builder to re-skin it as a Countach..... THAT would be my dream car, at least this week.

I had the Countach poster as a teenager. Lambo's have always been my dream car. But instead of the Countach, I've graduated to the Murcielago or even the LP640-4. I would say the Reventon, but I know that's totally out of the question....
I almost tried to buy a 1991 Diablo, but I worried about what maintenance would be for a 19 year old Italian supercar.

my dream car this week, and since it's been out. The Ferrari F430 scuderia
Everytime I see it, its more amazing. Saw a italia and it couldn't replace the scuderia in my mind. The 599 GTO came very close though, still haven't seen one of those though.

i'll never forget the first day I saw one and first day I sat in one.
First day I saw one was at a little league game (maybe 8 years old) a white one drove by and everyone thought it was a ferrari...i was quick to correct them.
The first one I sat in was 1-2 years later I was with my dad at a car show in the bay area...i got in the passenger seat and looked at the person in the driver seat just giggling....when we both got out my dad told me I should go ask the guy for his autograph.....it was Reggie Jackson

I actually don't mind it, but it's gotta be painted to match the body color. I also prefer the 25th Anniversary Edition.
This one is clean.

Look, red interior too.

Ok...who's got $140k I can borrow?

I recently sat in my first Lamborghini in March-it was an orange Gallardo. Once I got in, I wanted to start the car, but it was on display at an auto show.

Probably one of those 2010 Gallardo LP550-2 editions. (The special RWD/6mt version). Only 250 made...that would be the Italian supercar I'd have if I could have any of them.
