Saturn's are a PITA. All kinds of stupid things go wrong.
But what else do I need to add, to the list, that hasn't already been mentioned?
TIA.

Offhand I would say you have everything and then some. It's rare nowadays to see someone performing such preventative maintenance on a vehicle. Do saturns have a timing belt?

No belt, chain driven w/HLA.
Here's the latest, "complete" list with explanations on why:
- Valve Cover Gasket (leak)
- Spark Plug Tube Seals (leak)
- Spark Plugs (fouled)
- Spark Plug Wires (damaged by oil contamination)
- PCV Valve (gummed up, plus its only $2)
- Clean EGR Valve and Throttle Body (buildup)
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (possible crack on plastic tip, replacement with updated part is only $10)
- Torque Axis Mount (Terrible Vibrations, may also need to replace transmission “pad” mount)
- Replace Brake Fluid (10 years, classified as lifetime fill)
- Replace Power Steering Fluid (Looked like coffee)
- Replace Automatic transmission fluid and filter (24,000 miles, classified as lifetime fill)
- Replace Air Filter (Dirty, approaching 30k interval)
- Replace Fuel Filter (Soon Due for replacement, approaching 30k interval)
- Check Brakes (apply anti-squeal compound, check rotors for warpage and check calipers due to rubbing noise that has returned)
- Chemically clean cooling system (silicate fall out due to overrun coolant in the past, plus odor problems)
- Fix window weather-stripping trim (ripped off)
- Fix/Resolder trunk wires (wires snapped for some reason)
- Top-off A/C Refrigerant (A/C can be coler)
- Check Cruise Control TSB
- Fix Transmission Leak (Been leaking for nearly the last 45k miles)
- Check Shocks, probably need to put new ones on
- Check Exhaust hangers (vibration coming from rear end, but could be because of mounts)
- Get new tires within the next 10,000 miles
- Change Engine Oil and Filter soon
- Test O2 Sensors
- Check CV Boots
- Check Wiper Blades
- Replace Radiator Cap (Isn't sealing)

You are one of the few people I would feel comfortable buying a used car from. You certainly, at least in this instance, take car of your vehicles.

Thanks, actually I'm just trying to fix the items my dad had previously overlooked.
In the past, he just kept the oil topped off, changed it every 7500 miles, and had the dealer/mechanic do the 30/60/90k services, but never fixed the other items that went wrong.
