These long tube hedders really were a labour of love - lots of hours of fitting and welding here. Primarys are 1.5" stepping up to 1.625". 6 into 2 in 1 design with unique parallel merge collectors. Exhaust will be 3" with X pipe, we can't wait to hear it!

your trippin, those things are about as perfect as they can get. Look closely, equal length headers, doesn't need to be any smoother then that. Those things are a work of art.

Equal length is ideal, but not when you have to make three 90 degree turns to get there. It looks like they made the best they could with the space they had, but that's not an ideal header design by the textbook.

Long, straight runs of equal length tubing is what you want. Every bend is a point of restriction.
