Wow, OK, 2005 Tokyo Auto Salon in the corner of the pic. That leads me to believe this was a one off. Still curious as to what the engine is from, perhaps an Indy V-8 derivative? F1?

whats more interesting is the fact that it is mounted longitudinally! However it was just a concept so probably didnt ever run which is quite sad.
the motor is a mugen V8 with a block code M45 i think, not sure. I looked into it and of course...non for sale on EBAY! arg..lol
