Mom needs a commute car: $3500 budget in Dallas. Ideas?
Title says it all. She needs a reliable commuter car. I don't know of any sites where you say: here's my budget, what's good? carmax.com starts at like 10 grand.

I just bought a 96 Accord coupe with 100K miles...the inly thing it needs is new door lock actuators, and a CD play...other then that, its the est $4K I've spent on a car.
