Nice quality video. I thought the Mach 1 would have won with ease since he was modded with 294 rwhp & 314 rwtq and the M3 was stock. Nice top end on the M3.

From a dig the Mach 1 would probably win, but the M3 has better gearing and traps very high for only 333hp. Gotta give it to BMW, they know how to extract every hp out of their drivetrains.

Mach 1's trap at about 102-104 mph, so I would suspect that car was close to 106-107mph. Where does the M3 trap usually?

Gotta Love those pesky M3's.
Get some mild cams on that Mach 1 and you will have a mini beast.

 

Impressive, but I'd still take the M3.

 

remember M3 is also reving much higher than the stang. ///Ms are tuned and created on and for the autobhan.
