S4 does not have LED headlights, just xenon with LED DRL.

S6 is DCT-only.

S8 is 8-speed auto.

Mini has xenon headlights.

So if it's not BMW and my 4 series guess was wrong, I'm officially stumped right now.

EDIT: Will 2016 Audi S4 get the LED headlights? I don't see it being able to parallel park itself either unless that's new in the Driver Assistance Package.

Only the SLK250 and it has bi-xenon headlights (as the highest option).

EDIT: No changes mentioned for 2016 S4, so it can't be that.

 

Don't know if they have all the parking/stopping features but maybe a Porsche of some sort? I was really thinking it was an Audi...

The car steers, you control the speed and direction (forward or back). It prompts you to change direction and tells you if you're going too fast.

Regardless, use of this feature is grounds for automatic loss of man card.

The system only controls the steering. You control the shifting when it tells you to shift and modulate the brake/gas.

 

All I know, is it has this feature...though I'll be able to parallel park it myself and be in my place in the time it would take to properly line up the car and have it park for me (I doubt I'll ever use it, I can parallel park just fine without computer intervention). Apparently I control the throttle and brake, and the car steers for me, even with it being a manual. Put it this way, this feature, as well as the adaptive cruise control, isn't even listed on the manufacturer's website as an option for the car...I didn't even know the car came with these things!

It's not a JCW...The lease program blows on the JCW. BUT I am getting the dealer installed JCW Tuning kit added to the car. Includes a tune, upgraded intake and exhaust manifold, and an exhaust...The exhaust has a flap/valve to control the noise, but MINI has it where you can manually control it via a Bluetooth remote. With that, all the other crap I have on order (including a plug and play power module good for another 30hp/4tq, it should make for an interesting driving experience. I honestly wasn't planning on getting the Hardtop. I always felt that it was a pinch too small for my needs. The new one is a little bigger, and my space necessities have changed a little, so I can work with the size...I think. I needed to drive it to consider it. It is true though, it drives a little less like a MINI, and a little more like a baby BMW. It's quieter, smoother, more powerful. BUT with all the mods I have in store, I should smack the MINI vibe right back into the car.....and it's got more gadgets to keep Inspector Shoofin happy :-)

Haha that is going to be so much fun to drive... those videos put a wide smile on my face. That pop! Very addicting. When he opened up the valve in the first video I said wow... that sounds so nice.

Are there any downpipe mods? Helps get more of the turbo and whistle sound.

The new B48 engine looks like fun.

What are the numbers after the JCW tune and other upgrades?

I wonder how you'd stack up against my ST.

If it's in his name and sold, than your safe. BUT in order for him to lock in the programs/rebates, it needs to be in your name, I think. Either way if you did the drive event already, you're OK if he marks it in your name now.

I have a (cone) intake on my Countryman now, and it clearly sounds the turbo whistle and BOV noises (has exhaust, but stock DP). I'm not planning on changing the DP on the Hardtop. It sucks that the JCW comes with an upgraded intake (in the airbox), because I'm going to change it to the same kind of intake on my CM now. Here's what it would sound like with an intake. This isn't the one I'm getting, but it's similar in design:


As for power gains, The JCW tune is said to up the power to 208hp (from 189), but if you look at power ratings on the dyno for stock cars on the interwebs, they are pulling about 190-195 at the wheels, not crank. In addition, I am adding the power module piggybacked on top of it. The module has 2 modes, the "street" mode will add if I recall like 3-5psi, giving a gain of 23hp/23tq, and the high mode will add a few more psi, and 34hp/44tq. It's recommended with race gas, but they told me street driving should be fine on pump gas, as long as I'm not constantly beating the snot out of the car (which I don't). Here's a dyno sheet of the power module on a regular Cooper S. Whatever readings you see, I'll have about 20-30 hp/tq more because of the JCW tune. How it will stack up against the ST? No idea...
