Well, I just had my oil changed today and the dealer said that they have had NO reports of transmission problems with 3.2 CLs. None. (I live in NY) They have however gotten the service release saying that RSX engines are blowing up left and right. They're supposed to call every RSX owner and tell them to shift carefully.

As for me, I have 40,000 miles now, and my transmission is fine. It does lurch more often now between 2-3. If feels a little sloppy, but I haven't had any idiot lights go off, and it's never mis-shifted. I would describe my driving style as "aggressive". I use my Auto-stick about 1 hour a week, and I have no mods.

The parts department said that they had nothing in the way of an "Under Body Spoiler", and that the 2002 brouchure may have been a misprint. Everyone (Sales, Service, Parts) agreed however, that it may still be available soon, as the 2002s just arrived a month ago. It doesn't make any sense, since they offer one for the TL, RSX, Accord, Prelude, and even the Civic.
