You have "before" what? Driven a manual? Okay, if you say so. That said, I'm pretty sure I saw a post of yours from last year where you said you were not able to drive a manual transmission car.
Keep in mind, driving a car with a stick once around an empty parking lot does not qualify you as being able to drive car with a clutch.

No. It was 5 years ago. A 1990 something Suzuki Sidekick. I put a clutch in it and drove it for a couple of hours. Mostly residential city blocks, but I was able to shift and not stall.
It was pretty terrible though because it had a springy cable clutch and a shift throw about as bad as dragging a fork through mashed potatoes so I think that may be where my insecurity in shifting originated from.
As a result, I'd shift 1st 2nd 3rd 2nd 4th sometimes, however, I wasn't letting the shifter find the center of neutral before throwing it into the next gear. Also, I was easing off the clutch before accelerating, so it was more grab n jab than a smooth take off.
I see where I messed up plus that car was junk. I really want to drive a manual Civic or Fit something easy to drive so I can get the feel of it before driving a 6MT TL or Accord if I ever get the chance to do so!

My first car was a manual and while I've only driven a couple manuals after getting rid of it and before the Wrangler, I would have never thought to describe it like MM did; well done, I guess?

But has watched a series of YouTube videos on it
and is now an expert on the intricacies of driving a manual
Including the feel and differentiation between other cars with MTs

@rockstar143 remember when you'd upshift from 2nd to 4th because of the mash potatoes shifter feel
Fuck 3rd gear

Yeah dude, then I put in that redline with the semperfimesh or something and it was perfect. Very crisp.
Google I says the S2000 shifter is really the creme de la creme of shifter feel.
Reminds me of this one time I put a clutch in something even though I had never driven one.

Double clutching brahs. Working both sticks at the same time. Watch the video to learn how.

He might be thinking of shifting from a power top, to a power bottom.

I did however find that if I released the gas too late the rev hang would make the RPMs shoot up an extra 500-1000 RPM or so when I shifted. There were times I was shifting just over 5K RPM but nearly hitting redline while the clutch was disengaged!

Does anyone use a buckwheat pillow? I need to get new pillows and I've heard good things... But it's a little bit of a steep cost of entry to take the gamble.

Shit was money, really relaxed and rested my eyes.
I'm not sure how it would be to sleep on though.
My fave pillows are latex foam or..
OG triple legit bamboo memory foam, the real ones
Only negative about the latex foam is it'll start to tear after a while

I swear by a buckwheat pillow; I've been using one for nearly 20 years now and have actually taken it with me on trips (car trips; too heavy to put into airplane bound luggage). I have a tendency to get way too hot at night, the buckwheat pillow never seems to heat up, even in the dead of summer.

That's the thing about buckwheat pillows, you shove it around and push spots to make it conform to what you want. As an example, I'm a side sleeper and when I first rest my head on the pillow, invariably there is too much pressure on my ear, so I lift my head, use my index finger to form a shallow void in the surface below my ear, and, ohhhhh, comfortable.

Don't judge how I decide to to fluff out the flat spots, okay?
When I was of age mom took me to the eckerd to buy a pack of condoms called before midnight or something.
6 pack. Used every single one practicing on a pillow. I think that's when I realized how important it was for the
pillow to be moldable.
Fun fact.

Hmm. Sounds like I might be on the right track then. I've got two synthetic down pillows that I've had forever but only really use the one, with the second acting as a sort of structural support at the back edge of the primary to give it some bulk. I also like how they don't sleep too hot.
Sounds like (minus all the pillow fucking shit) this buckwheat might be the tits I'm looking for.
Thanks MM's dumbassery thread!
