I think it looks pretty good

For me its better in reality than pics. The gullwing doors are cool too.

Plus its a bargain compared to the slr, which does have a stronger presence than this car, even today.

There was a black one trailing me on rt22 in Bridgewater this past weekend. Personally, I also think it's ugly and would MUCH rather opt for the SL65....not that I have the ability to afford either.

IIRC it was burgundy colored. It was right before dusk though so I'm not 100%.

I've seen a black one. It changed my perception.

Before that it seemed cool but too much of an extra sporty, extra exclusive SL63 (rear drive MB coupe with a 6.2 liter and the cool transmission).

But in real life, wow. It looks like it kicks 911s around....simply for fun! It seems every bit worth it compared to any of the Aston-Ferrari-Lambo types that I could get for that much.

I like it. I'm a sucker for that long hood, cab rearward design and the gullwing doors are sweet. What bothers me is those weird nodules on either side of the rear license plate. Are those there on all of them? I don't remember noticing that on one in person.
