At 20 psi of Boost on Pump Gas

Sounds good to me for under $20k!
Some girl at my school drives and SRT-4 with a blow-off valve (not sure if they come stock). The thing sounds like a muscle car and then I hear the BOV and it is damn loud! I'd love to take that car for a spin and really see what it's made of!

My friend has a stage 2 SRT-4 with an adjustable wastegate, exhuast, and runs a little less horses while retaining his warranty. Also, you wont believe how much horses these things can put out and still be daily driven and reliable.

Nephew has one that's pretty heavily modded and it hasn't give him any problems. It's a fun car to drive too!
