that guy is asking for trouble.

You don't buy such an expensive car and go cheap on the mods.

here are ghetto pics of my $6 drop (just fronts)

BEFORE: about three finger gap (notice front corner light height compared to tire)


now this.. (front label)


(back of box) i chose to do number 2


AFTER: = 1 finger gap barely!! (doesnt look it in the pic, but it is.. TRUST ME)

^^^ now notice the front corner light compared to height of tire..
this thing have me about an inch drop in the front! :

better pictures to come..

btw, it drives like normal

Geez, wonder whats worse. Cutting springs or doing this.

At least his frame is at stock height.

So they are spring compressors that stay on the car?

That doesn't look too dangerous

Thats actually pretty clever. Wouldnt want to be in the car when one flies off, though. I suppose if theyre made for that sort of thing

That's unsafe in so many ways and will throw off the handling of the car. I can't believe someone would buy a 330i and can't fork out 200 bucks for H&R's. If he wanted to go cheap, he should have just cut one coil off the springs.

he even posted he had Tein springs sitting around, but was rubbing w/o lowering. Sounds like the tool didn't buy wheels that fit right
