They have only built 700 so far, and only 6 will be in the state of WA.

Awww shoot...I wanted my father to go test drive one (he even mentioned having some interest in it). Knowing that there's only 6 allocated to Washington state is kind of a bummer. They're probably all spoken for.

While I really don't like the Grand Cherokee, I can say that a budget-Cayenne Turbo sounds pretty intriguing. I'm really surprised at how cheap the SRT8 model of the GC is...

I never really cared for Jeep, but I most certainly would drive that! That commercial got me hooked.

I've tried. They aren't making enough for the dealers to have a test drive and demo car. Unless you know someone who is getting one, you're shit outta luck. I just placed my order for one to be delievered over the summer. 3 month, at least, wait, as I'm told. My dealership called me when they got two in-one left on a flatbed immediately for mods, and the other one I sat in, but couldn't actually drive. Sounds like a beast! Inside is gorgeous. My only compliant was that there is a cheaper looking plastic grill on the front. Ill post pics later, but its the only thing I could find wrong. I was there when the man came by to pick it up, and what did he come from? A Turbo Cayenne and traded it in for the SRT-8

The rims alone are $4k for that car. Ya my dads quite hooked up in the Jeep world. Connections all over the place.

Sweet! It's on my top 3 list of cars to get for when my TL-S goes back in May. I really love that truck, it's badass.

I just got back from a business trip and my rental was a Grand Cherokee Limited, I have to say that I was not too impressed with it, the one I rented had the nav system which I found to be almost useless, ending up having to use my Magellan the entire trip... I was also not too impressed with the quality of the interior parts. (Although I did find them to be good quality for American car standards)
