I don't know why it was ended early, if may had something to do with my offer, or details that are unknown to me at this time.......

The only thing i can say is the jury is still out, but i should hear something later on today...

notice it says you have no messages. what can you check your email with the car too or connect your voicemail. also with that car my gas gauge would read empty most of the time.

 

It's probably like the new TL and RL that have an info message about scheduled maintenance.

Well as today ends, the best I can tell u is either the car is not in there hands or they won't take the offer as they owner is holding out..... The person who told me about the car is looking into see what's the status. I passed by there today and did not see it where is was parked.

I left a message at the dealer...so hopefully I will get a final answer tomorrow.

And before anyone goes busting my balls, I did everything I could, to show I was serious buyer. You win some you lose some.... I can only do my part hoping it works out.

But like I said way above, besides the M6, I'd like to get a High End Luxury car early this year. But its not over yet with this AM car... I'll let you know tomorrow.

personally although the m6 and the aston martin are both luxury cars. I believe that the aston is a much nicer car. I think if you are looking for a car to portray status somewhat of being a higher end car go with the aston cause a basic person not that into cars will think of the m6 as just another bimmer and they now seller all the lower priced bimmers so I think they have lost some of that exculsiveness. just my two cents and looks on things.

Was lowballing the guy at $100,000 really a serious bid on a car that was probably selling for $140,000? Thats like me right now going to buy a RL and saying you know what, I have $30,000 right now in credit, sell me your $45,000 car.

 

yes but apparently the buyer was supposed to be "eager" to sell( i.e needy). f900 was probably trying to leverage his need.

Exactly agui, BadBadNeil the seller had a need to sell the car ASAP for financal and other reasons, my bid for 100K was just to show good intentions along with proof of funds that I was serious, my last offer over the telephone was more than you see what i offered on ebay. Why would i offer someone 140K for when I know they would take far less if there was no interest in the car... like i said on page 2-3, actual seller knew i could close with in a few hours.... What you think i'm going to put all my cards on the table, and have nothing to play with.... gezz if thats how you buy cars..you probably get ripped off.

The car has since sold to another buyer and I keep looking until the M6 arrives.....

Since this is a car fourm, i thought you guys would be interested to see what happens, since you dont see many people buy DB9s.
