LED DRLs

I've noticed that the newer cars from Honda such as CRV, civic, etc which have LED DRLs don't seem to illuminate even and bright. They look more anemic with irregular edges with areas of darkness in between and towards the ends. I've noticed the same with some GMCs, Subarus, etc. they all seem to have LED lights for name sake but in reality they seem inferior quality. This is in comparison to LED DRLs from Audi, Mercedes, BMWs or even a Toyota Highlander which seem really bright and even with perfectly contoured edges. Has anyone noticed it too or I'm imagining things?

I wouldn't think it's a big deal. You're talking about DRLs, not headlights, so I wouldn't expected them to be bright or even or anything. As long as they are visible during the day, they're doing their job IMO...
