Like for example those advertised 0 down leases with a semi-decent payment and 12k miles. Are those really good deals or can they be negotiated any given weekend?

 

Stupid question? Reason I ask is because I know when buying a used car you can negotiate the price as long as the dealer's making profit but that varies on what they paid for the car. Does the finance company some weeks sell them better lease rates?
