Lakefront Meet 2012
that time again.
By far my favorite meet of the year, and once again beautiful weather.
number of cars increases every year and pretty soon we will have to figure something out for space. (over 500 cars)
but on to some pics.
these are not all of the pics, nor are they my favorite cars, just happens to be the ones i posted on a local forum and its easiest for me to just copy and paste.
enjoy.
pretty much only shot with my car in it.. i have enough of those already hah.

i missed a lot of the good texas meets this year so far, but these caravans always leave on thursdays and whatnot.. a man gotta work!

3100 with the kit lens that day actually. I had a promise to uphold and didn't bother bringing any extra lenses/filters/tripods etc.
That promise? shoot EVERY SINGLE car there... I get so sick of some of the local "Pros" asking for compensation for just a couple quick snaps. So I told the local forums I would get everyone that attended while I was there
Next meet I'd like to spend some more time with the cars and produce some really nice shots.

I do too, I just enjoy it. I'm not in a super tight click like most of them, they just know me as one of the resident photogs.
Most of my real friends couldn't care less about cars lol
