Price tag is ~$85k

Correction: That price is only for the s/c, ecu, headers + car. The entire package runs $40k just for the mods.

So sweet. When I get confirmation from Kleemann that the stock 7G tranny can handle all that added power and torque, I am so hittin' this SC/header/exhaust/ecu/lsd kit minus the rims. I'd much rather get some lightweight forged HRE's fitted to the car instead but everything else sounds good and seems like a bargain. Even after the powertrain mods the thing is still cheaper than an SL500. And in sheer quickness, it might even stand a chance against the C6 Z06... but that might be too much to ask.

So that is the plan, if I decide to keep the car more than year that is.

Nice...but HREs are not really light weight. Carlsson 1/16s are light
