If it were just a car to enjoy for the day, i think I'd take the F1 out.
But if you were giving me the keys to keep, I take the most expensive one (Veyron?), and sell it for an NSX and a garage full of more practical vehicles.

If you were giving me the car it would be the Macca, simply because it will be worth more than any of them in 5 years, the Ferrari will hold value as well but probably be worth 200-300K less than the F1 in 5 years.
If it were the keys for the day it would be the Enzo, it is the best vetted of the bunch outside the F1 and I personally couldn't exploit the F1 since it has nothing in the way of electronic nannys AND has brakes that the pros have issues with (and non ABS), I could have much more fun in an Enzo without putting it in a ditch.
If I just get to hold the keys (as could be construed from the post) I would need to see the keys first...

The 1000HP S7 will likely be quicker but unlikely it will be faster, IMHO.
