doing great. just took tony (pgatour) for a ride today.

Only 'mod' so far is that I replaced the stereo with an alpine. I'm going to get PIAA rims and an invidia catback exhaust, but I think thats about as far as my mod plans go. Maybe headers.

Never been to the track in my life...

the car is fun as hell, I love it. it really needs some torque help though, hopefully headers/exhaust will boost it a little.

Cool... I want to get one. I love those cars, always wanted one. Unfortunately most of the S2000's for sale around here are either yellow or silver. I want to get black or white.... white w/ red interior is but I think its gonna be tough to find one of those. I hear you on the torque thing... that's why you gotta keep em above 6k rev's... The shifter and linkage has been rated by Car & Driver as being the best ever made for any car - and I agree, It's what made me want one so bad when I first drove one. The feel is amazing. The feel of the whole car is amazing. Ok maybe this is kind of a peptalk to get me motivated to follow-through and get one.

The car is begging to go to the track - hell it was MADE for the track. I think you need to track it at least once - you don't have to set any lap records, just take it to a track and get a feel - you won't regret it and you will wonder why you hadn't done it earlier.

sorry for the threadjack but its a repost anyway so I don't feel too bad...

You can tell by the euro front plate "S GO" that's it's a porsche factory car. (and the dst on the rear plate).

Leno has a silver GT...

I thought the same thing about the Boxster until I drove one. The Boxster-S I drove handled like a dream and overall felt awesome.

IMO its worthy of being called a Porsche.
