So I'm sick of having to borrow my Dad's truck to haul my bike on road trips and finally decided to get a hitch for my car (2009 Hyundai Genesis sedan). Found one made by Curt on Amazon for $138 and snapped it up with free shipping. Also bought a no-splice/cut wiring harness for it and plan to spend this weekend installing it all. Has anybody here installed a trailer hitch onto a smallish car before? If so please respond so I can ask a few questions! I would REALLY appreciate it chaps! Thanks!

I put a Curt hitch on my 06 TSX. You can PM me if you have any questions.
But try going to e-trailer.com. They may have a video on how to install said hitch on the Genesis

 

A few RL members here have the Curt hitch attached to there RLs. FWIW.

 

I installed one on my TL, and my buddies 13 SHO. They are usually very straight forward and easy to install.
