A female friend of mine was added onto her parents' car insurance policy when she got her license. Payment didn't go up a cent.

get quotes from different major companies. one of my buddies is an state farm agent and he explained why the insurance on my vette was cheaper than my CL and it made sense, but i forgot exactly what he told me. something about why older cars are more of a liability on average than newer.

I have insurance through AAA, cars and house. and so far no body has even been able to come close to what they're offering me, which to me is still a little high 300/month for full coverage on Vette and the truck and uninsured on CL. with 500 deductibles. cant wait till my next renewal and see how much lower it goes.

by the way, always fight those tickets and do what ever it takes to get them off your record.

over 30 tickets for me in last 6 years and none on my record. Im not proud of it, but at the same time I am because i kept every single one of em off.

I wouldve kept the ticket from Jersey off my record since I had a good case against them, however it was one of those "we'll mail you a notice telling you when your court date is". I received the notification in the mail a day after the court date, and when I contacted them about it all they said was tough shit.

After i got in my accident, i wanted to switch companies. A majority of my coworkers said AAA has treated them well.

I just want lower rates. I just think $876/6months is a bit steep for a turbocharged hatch and a clean driving record. And i havent been happy with the way things have been since the accident. I feel like state farm dropped the ball and hasnt really stood up for me.
