How is this even possible. The car ended up perfectly on one end?!!?

It's possible. I used to live not far from where this video takes place. I've seen some ridiculous automotive stunts during a blizzard.

Depending on it's texture, snow can be very rigid. If the snow is heavy, and deep, it can support a surprising amount of weight. Take a snow shovel and push it into the snow about a foot deep, the try to shove it either forward or backwards. If the snow is heavy, it's nearly impossible to do. The same principle applies here. The snow should be more than strong enough to hold the car from side to side if the majority of it's weight is resting on it's nose.
