I'd still stay with the germans. Mercedes has some the best service out there. My friend has a C-class (1998 I believe) and he has an extended warrenty from Benz, and when ever he needs service and doesn't have time to take his car to the dealer, they drop off a loaner and pick up his car. All this while some Acura dealers won't even give out a loaner.

Im not that upset about my audi dealer, after all they did give me a A6 as a loaner.

My acura dealer used to give me old intergras :o
