WTF is a "V Style Engine"?

These things came with Inline 6's....

I Love how they say "driven responsibly"...Sorry buddy, someone driving a RED Supra with a Turbo can not be driving "responsibly" all the time...

If it looks like a duck.

Lemme guess....you'll get an email response that the car or the owner is really in nigeria or on some military post overseas, but provided you send him money via western union... :yada yada:

There is no way that someone would sell a TURBO Supra for 11K.
I'm selling it with $11,700 OBO

With 54K miles it's probably worth more than it cost brand new now or at least right around it ^^

i would expect nothing less than 35-40k for this car.

i would never take a listing like this seriously. The car probably still has water up to the windows

Just wait to see how shifty the guy gets when you ask to look at the title. "Heyyy, that's not your name on the title, and why are there no keys on the keychain, just a big screwdriver? "

Seriously, I simply can't wait for you to take a look at this thing. Either this guy is a supersized idiot, or there is some sort of scam here. Either way, keep us updated, sounds like fun.

makes me laugh every time I think about it

In the ad (no pics) the guy said it was a 5-speed manual V8 which doesn't exist, close enough though. It was a rich kid, nice guy though, bought his car in cash, he said he bought it for $16,000 at a dealer, he posted it for $12.9, I got it for $11,500. That Supra seems too good to be true though

Even when you think nobody's got money, deals like that are usually gone within a couple days given they're legit, OR the seller decides to be a dick and raises the price or of course its a scam.

If this turns out to be real, buy it without hesitation.

It has to be bogus, though.

There's no way that deal is legit ...

...but on the off chance that it is and you don't pick it up after you check it out, let me know - I'll fly down there and pick it up the next day (and give you a nice finder's fee ).

Martinez, the car is still available for sale, I need your answer asap
because I have many people interested in buying it. The payment will be
made to eBay to assure me you are serious about this and you are not
another nigerian scammer. My last buyer was a nigerian and he paid me
through fake cashier's check and I don't want this to happen again.
You will be able to test drive and inspect the vehicle and if you wish
to keep it I will receive the payment. To start the transaction I will
need your full name and address. Get back to me asap. Nick

i need you to ensure me that youre not a scammerr either, is there anyway you can provide proof?

Let me explain you the process, eBay Purchase Protection reimburses
buyers who are involved in a vehicle transaction on the eBay Motors,
Craigslist, and AutoTrader sites. The program provides reimbursement for
all the situations that can appear in a transaction.
The money will be sent to an eBay agent. After the payment is confirmed
and secured by eBay I will start the shipping. The car will be in front
at your door in max 5 days. From the moment you receive the car you have
a 5 days inspection period. After the 5 days you have to decide if you
want to keep the car or not. If you'll keep the car the payment will be
released to me. In case you will not like the car and decide not to keep
it you will have to ship the car back and you will be fully refunded.

If you are interested and want to move forward please send me your full
name, address and telephone number and I will initiate the transaction
through eBay. Once that is done, you would probably be informed in the
next 24 hours upon all the details of the transaction (terms, buyer
protection coverage, payment instructions, invoice for the purchase).
