it's not whether Acura/Honda can do it or not...it's a matter of if they want to do it at all and the consensus has been a resounding 'NO'.

Honda is more interested in selling cars to the people that buy their cars. Most people that buy honda/acura products are less worried about the sportiness and more about the function, reliability and safety. As you can tell, Honda' rarely goes extreme with the styling, they always stay conservative. They really dont care or have the need to make a rwd big coupe right now. The s2000 fit what honda needed it to fit, and now they are focusing on the accord.
