I Need A Car
May as well wait to at least test drive the TLX. The V6 Elite with AWD will be well under 50K and have all the Tech you need.
Only problem is you'd be the only one around here driving an Acura.

I've been in the market with a similar budget and requirements. Have the Accord, TLX, 3.8 Genesis AWD, GS350 AWD F-Sport (if you can wait, you should be able to get a 2014 cheaper once the 2015s come out - probably still slightly north of $50k though) on my short list right now.
I test drove the Accord, 3.8 Genesis AWD and GS350 AWD (not F-Sport). The Accord definitely has the worst ride of the three (which should be expected). The Genesis handled surprisingly well and the seats felt really comfortable.
You should be able to get a 2015 3.8 RWD or AWD Genesis Ultimate (top trim) for less than $50k. If you want the 5.0 (RWD only in the US), you should be able to get one slightly north of $50k. This is based on prices others have paid on the genesis forums.
In terms of tech on the Genesis - not sure if you're interested in some of the new safety tech, but check this out, the car could probably drive itself! -
TLX pricing just came out and looks like the 3.5 SH-AWD Advance (highest trim) will be $45k MSRP so you might want to consider it.

I am waiting until the TLX comes out before I make a decision.

Yea, you can grab one at that price. I have one as a loaner right now, male sure you test drive it over some bumpy roads and hit 80 mph in it. I don't like the ride comfort on bumpier roads and after 70mph it starts making some new noises not heard constantly under 60mph
I would avoid any Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge product, they suck after the warranty is up. That's if they even make it that far without major issues.
I would go with a Lincoln MKS or Taurus SHO.

Another glamorously stupid statement made by none other than our resident downs syndrome vegetable.

Ahhh...STIR FRY!
PS, found that funny. Usually anti Murrica guys are that way about the big 3, not just Dodge. LOL. Like I've said before...there's no such thing as an "American" car anymore anyway so might as well embrace the companies giving you torque that'll put hair on your chest. I was actually having this debate with the wife today when we pulled up next to a well maintained 300 SRT, all factory including silver brembo all around...she's like, they look generic. I was like...bish you crazy...

She thinks its silly for both of us to have one. Im not going to argue, there are a few wagons that look great, Im fine with the sedan. However this BMW Gran Turismo looks interesting...Sort of a sedan / hatchback combo.
The 5 Series GT...? I don't mind it but the look is not for everyone.

But, honestly, I'd suggest you test drive them and see which one you like best. Given the suggestions so far, you have a nice variety of cars under the $50K limit you have set. Should be fun.
I really like the 3GT...its one of the few modern bimmers Id put in my garage.
