only thing is the car payment is about 600 bucks or so a month without the insurance...that would be half a mortage payment...

did the tranny fail
were there any rattles
did the healight fail
did the car just for some reason stay in 4th gear, and shift at 4000 rpms beause the PCM switch was bad
any strut problems
were the rotors just worthless since they were made for a car 500 pds lighter
what else am I missing?

saw the new A4...I like the front and the fact they can work a Navi in...with the options I wanted it popped up at $36K
Could be a possibility.
I would get the 2.0T

Get rid of the Accord that's for sure. I got a 2000 and I'm slipping 2nd to 3rd.

I just test drove the 2.0t few weeks ago. Really great car and much better power than the 1.8t. I say go for it.

uhh yeah I can read that...
I'm just commented on my Acura
he said it was the first time he drove an Acura, and he sees why people love it...I figured I'd throw in why I hate mine.

I love the looks of it though.

Speaking of which, my buddy picked up a TLS. He came over and we went for a ride.. man being a passenger i was really impressed how the interior was. I guess I forgot how nice of a layout it is.

Most comfortable seats are on the 02-04 Jeep Grand Cherokees
Ask Ernie, he'll vouch. They are simply the most comfortable seats ever

I liked the murano seats as well...they were big, like sitting on a couch.

the CL's interior is very nice for a $30K car...I agree. just too many problems with it to ever look past them

Isn't the tranny all the same anyways since 02? Thus the recalls or warranty extensions for pretty much anything J-series.

I had a tranny act up at 20k..they replaced it for free. I have no other complaints. Great car.

I'd definately check auto insurance first. I work with someone who is 21 and he got a quote for 6k a year for auto insurance on a neon. My next renewal for the CL in June is going to have my insurance up to 6200 a year. If you're on your parents policy it won't be so bad, but it is going to be bad once you get your own policy.
