I got my fast...

Well not exactly. I got a VW Rabbit, i picked her up yesterday. Shes Black on Black four door auto, heated seats/mirrors/windshield nozzles, esp, 6 cd, mp3. I got her for 19,198, msrp was 19,545. They wouldnt budge any lower since its a new car and their profit margins are really low on these cars. Anyways, from the 52 miles that ive put on her since yesterday i can say that its a pleasure to drive a small car, very nimble. Only down side is the 2.5L 150 hp 170 ft lbs of tq. and the fwd, ill post pics soon

Sweet. Nice car for a 95 year old. At least you'll be safe.

Congrats on the purchase. On a side note, I worked at a VW dealer and I can tell you that there is very, very little mark up on the MSRP of any of them. However, they get kick-backs from VW depending on how many they sell per month I believe.

VW should've made the Rabbit logo bigger or put the name Rabbit on it unless it's placed somewhere on the car?

My great uncle had the original one back in the early 80s and I remember it said "Rabbit" on it with the logo too.

So that's the Golf? I guess I thought for some reason it was the Polo.

Where are they manufactured? Mexico?

Anyway, I hate VWs, but for some reason yours looks really nice. Very simple. Congrats.

Could the Rabbit and GTI be the cheapest German cars that are Made in Deutchland that are sold in the USA?

140 miles isn't really enough of a range to accurately calculate mpg... but you're working on break in miles, so it'll get better...
