How much is TTL?

I knwo the tax rate on cars in Texas is 6.25. What is the title fee and the license fee?

Tax is 7.5% for Shelby co.(Ohio)
then Title is about 80 or 100 bucks for 2 years
then plates are about 40-50 bucks(one time deal).
