Yesterday, the Union of Concerned Scientists named Honda the world's "greenest" auto maker:

Today, Automotive Lease Guide gave Honda the top spot for the second year in a row among all manufacturers in terms of residual value:

Acura came in third among luxury brands.

I'd say that's a pretty good PR week!

 

Thats nothing new to us Acura guys. HONDA/ACURA stick to their core values. While the rest don't know what the hell they doing!

 

Whats shocking is that the Accord was displaced by the Altima in the midsize car category for residual value. Nissan really did a great job on the Alty. The G35 also got the best residual value for near the Near Luxury Segment.

Notice how the Japanese cars are dominating

And whats funny about that, is that the Rental altimas did not hurt the value like a lot of people THINK.
