It's not for sale...it's a concept.
My best guess is if were on sale in that form w/ navigation and ABS
$16,000.00-$17,000.00 USD.
Priced somewhere between the ST1300 and the Goldwing.

 

The big question is why such a small engine?
The bike needs at least 1100 cc to ride 2up comfortably IMHO
