Honda CR-V problem

My girls got a 01 CR-V and has a problem with her power locks. When she hits her key fob to unlock the doors, it only unlocks the passenger and driver rear door. The switch inside does the exact same thing. Anyone know anything about this issue? Is there a door lock brain or something that might be messed up?

I don't know what it is, but I had the same problem in my family's 98 Accord. All the buttons would unlock except the driver's door so we would have to open the rear door first to unlock the front door.

Probably the front two door lock actuators are gone as said... has an aftermarket alarm been installed? They potentially could have messed up the connection to the door lock triggers
