Should do alot better this year.....they shaved around 10lb off the 600rr & 1000rr. Hopefully it keeps the ease of usage I experienced while riding the '04 600rr.

marchesini magnesium wheels rock, why spend the money on Aluminum ones Jatt, they really won't be much lighter than your stock ones....
I would suggest looking into having your suspection redone by www.circuit1.com they will make them feel and handle like a set of Ohlins!

I looked into Ohlins suspension and it's damn expensive thanks for that link, I'll link into it.

my buddies have Katanas,GSXs ,CBRs,R1s,and Ninjas and one has a Ducati.
my rank as far as speed and handling (even though i'm not a hard core sport bike rider)

Hey KilroyR1 I love those gsxr-1000 , would love to ride to see the differences between it and my R1. I think all the liter bikes are great, and its a matter of finding one that gets your attention. That being said whenever I get sick of the 1000cc inline 4, the 1000cc aprilla mille is what I will get next.
