As an artist, we should keep in mind that these people do think out the box-I mean, this dude lives in a condo where he can drive his vehicles directly inside (think bat cave)

The Veyron isn't a particularly good looking car to begin with. I think the car would be okay for someone like Lil' Kim, but not for a guy.

I hate the fact that Ferrari doesn't allow just "anyone" with $600K + to go up and by an Enzo (when they were on sale), but now I somewhat see the point. Morons like these with no taste and no clue about cars in general, shouldn't be allowed near such automotive masterpieces.

he made millions off the style he puts on clothes. he put that same style on his house and cars. don't see why anyone would call him an idiot for doing so. maybe we're all idiots for not having done the same? i don't see anyone on this forum being able to afford a RR and Veyron.

 

Its also an ingenious marketing strategy. The pics of this car are posted all over the place, and people who have never heard of him or his brand will search and see what the fuck its about. Im sure people in this thread who didnt know who he was did.........

 

Well, sure...creative freedom--that's what it's about. However, that being said, creative freedom that borders on what is perceived as good taste, correct?

If a guy takes a Monet painting and spraypaints a graffiti onto it because it's his way of expressing himself as an artist, is that good? Sure, I suppose if it's a creative expression...but, just as he has every right to do that to a masterpiece, we have every right to slap the artist for doing something that we feel is in absolute poor taste.
