Help power steering problem

In new jersey and only in the winter when it gets cold my power steering makes a wizzing sound and gets louder when i take turns. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Does it go away over time? or is it constant?

I would flush and refill the system.

OP: Do you drive an Odyssey?

Anyway, sounds like your power steering pump is going. Cold weather will increase the failing pump noise.

Check your fluid level too.

There is a fix in the 3G section I think. Simple and cheap. Try a search and holla.
