If you're intellectually challenged enough to put a vanity plate on your car, you probably deserve it when it gets keyed.

A bit of sarcasm there, but seriously--vanity plates are for 16 year old girls in Miatas.

 

Ehh, I've seen some pretty creative ones out there. I wouldn't go that far. While I probably wouldn't get one for my car, I do appreciate the insight that goes into some of them.

Man, why does everyone rag on this guy? His neg reps are really building up. I know he's made some snide remarks in the past, but I tend to just ignore them.

Regarding the vanity plates, ZMM ZMM or SPEED6 or something would be cool. Or maybe your engine or chassis code. Do you want something that everyone can relate to, or those who are into the car scene?

I thought about getting vanity plates but found it to be a mixed bag. They're easy to remember, so people can take your plates down and harass you for no reason, plus they attract attention (and I'm not an attention loving person).

My suggestion to you is to get some different style plates that your state may offer. I know in one state they have those black DARE plates. Here in Texas they have plates for hunting/fishing fanatics, animal lovers, law people, purple hearts, etc. It'll be a different style but won't attract too much attention.

lemme explain... I live in the "949" area code... not only is 949 in "the OC"... it's the "white-est" part of the OC... I can only think of a couple ghetto areas in the 949 and the 949 is pretty damn big....

...anyway, the joke is... the "FO" would be pronounced like gangsta... as if I'm "...claiming 9 FO 9..."

but I was thinking you could do something clever with your area code
