Guys,
Back in March I bought what I believed was a second gen CL bumper....Well, two weeks ago I took it to the body shop, they sanded it, they filled in some imperfections...and it isn't even the right bumper! The seller claims he sent me the right one, and I may be trying to pull some scam ( although I have never scammed anyone in my 27 years).

So now I have this unidentified Acura/Honda bumper and the seller claims he sent me the right one...Now I guess I will just try and sell it and take the loss...I hate when people don't stand behind what they sell....Christ I sell numerous things on eBay (under MC222) and I have NEVER scammed a single person...this just frustrates me! the more I type, the angrier I get!

Please help me identify what car this bumper belongs to so I can sell it

What year is your CL?

My guess: Different bumpers after the MMC

 

probably a 2nd gen 02-03 TL bumper.

 

I have an 01 CL-s, I assure you it is different...On my OEM bumper and others I have seen, The area in red below is not on a std 2nd gen cl bumper

 

 

It is an 02/03 TL bumper, I just don't have the extra ground effects/sport trim :

 

Ok, looks like a 2002/2003 TL bumper from what I can tell.

 

looks like its been bondo. correct?

 

whatever a body shop uses to smooth out any scratches I guess

 

looked like a TL bumper to me even before I saw the shots of the TL's

 

To me...it looks like an 02-03 TL bumper to me.

 

send him pictures of the bumper he sent and TL pics to prove he sent you the wrong one. He should recognize what he sold you so he can't claim your lying to him.

that is an '02-'03 TL bumper, not an '01 CL bumper.

 

whoever the seller was

he should refund all ur money plus ur money shipped to him
