Help me choose my next lease!
Hey guys!
It's been quite some time since I've posted on here, but have always got the best information from here. So I figured why not ask this question I'm having a big debate in my head about.
I currently have a 2009 G37 Sport Sedan...The lease is due back in September. The front tires are pretty bald on the inside, and I was just about to replace them as suggested from dealer. I have actually been worried driving around on them as the inside is bald. Is it very dangerous to drive around like this? I just feel weird buying new tires, when I might ditch the car very soon. They told me it would pass inspection when I got the quote (different dealer then I use for service) which I thought was weird.
My current lease payment is $450/month. I have been contacted by all the local Infiniti dealers to hop in a new lease, and they'll take care of my existing leftover payments. So far the best deal I got was $389/month with $500 due at signing for a 2012 Sedan (non-sport). It seems there's a lot of incentives to stay with Infiniti, as they offer $1k in loyalty case, and a few other perks.
My main goal is to drop my payments significantly. If I can get the same car at $350 or so, I may consider it.
I was really thinking about trying to drop my lease to $250 ($200 less) but not sure what's available in that price range, and if anything is even worth it. If the cheaper cars are only $100 less/month it might not be worth it?!
Possibly an Accord, Altima, Passat/Jetta/CC, etc (or anything in the 20-25k range) only want to do 0-down and 0-out of pocket leases (no inceptions).
Does anyone have any recommendations for cars that lease in the $200-$300/month range with 0 OUT OF POCKET? Is there anywhere to see what cars are going for, other than the advertised deals on the sites?
Thanks!

Someday, an RS6 Avant+
(yes, I'm a schill for the brand, but what the hell)
Take a look at the Subaru Legacy 3.6R, a nice 4 door and you can get a lease at about the range you are looking for.
If buying is a thought, the Mazda 6 can be had with 0.0% financing (the way to go if you're buying).

You still haven't gotten tires? I remember your thread about this a while back? I am finally at 20,xxx in my G, replaced the fronts which were bald on the inside as well.
You could probably rock a VW lease for around that, Civic, may Sonata or Elantra, Mazadas, etc. Do you just want a new car every few years? Is that why you lease?

If you currently have a lease and your tires are shot, expect to get charged if you don't get them changed. Probably cheaper to get tires than pay for them as "excessive wear & tear" or whatever they'll call it.
You should get this next:

Sure, it might be a tad over your $200 - $350 per month target, but you're only young once, so it's worth it.

The lease on our new 12 Accord EX sedan 5AT was $0 down and $300/mo (15k per year) which includes free maintenance (including free windshield repair/replacement) for two years.
Although I wanted the V6, we needed something fairly good on gas (particularly to offset the fuel economy of our MDX), decent utility and not seriously underpowered with respect to mpg. While it could use about 25lb-ft more torque, we're generally pleased with it. (MPG note: we did a trip to/from central NJ to Queens and back averaging 33mpg.)
Until the 2013 Accord hits the showrooms, the lease deals on the 12 model will only get better.

Not so sure the lease will be where he wants it to be. About the only thing I hate about the Legacy now is they butchered the transmission by deciding to go with a CVT instead of a conventional automatic.

Also, Honda is waiving the first Payment on the Accord/Civic/Odyssey Leases or Finances.
Prices are really good right now.
Another car with a lot of bang for your buck to consider is the Maxima too. Infiniti/Nissan Financial recognize each make with perks (except for loyalty incentives crossing over between one or the other). I'm not sure when you leased your G, but Infiniti started charging a disposition fee of $395 at the end of the lease. Check your lease to see if you lease it before or after they started charging it. If you get another Nissan or Infiniti, that fee gets waived, plus you get a $500 damage waiver on your G as an incentive for staying in the Nissan/Infiniti family.

P.S. I don't think worn tires can be applied to the damage waiver. I could be wrong, but I think it is not included.

Hey guys,
Just to give you an update...I stopped by after work on Monday night and ended up giving them my 09' G37-S sedan (6 payments left) and got a new 12' G37 Journey Premium Sedan.
How was my deal?
39 months / 10k miles year
$390.00 month (tax included)
$0.00 due at signing
First payment due in 30 days, Free Tint, and 1 year of maintenance (3 oil changes)
So I basically saved a few hundred from not making my April car payment, $60 less a month, and I didn't have to replace my near bald tires on the G37.
