Hand me down car..but its sweet
My Acura is in Nashville so my parents are letting me use their old beater. 1996 BMW 328is. It has gone through 3 Minnesota winters and 8 New York winters and it still looks/drives almost like new. The KBB on it is under $16k
which is only a small step up from my Acura, and this feels like 10x more car.

I agree with you. I drove a 325is a few times ('94 I think) and it was a fantastic car. I still love the manual transmission on it.
I've driven an '84 533i and still wish I had the chance to buy it from my step-dad before he sold it.

90,000 miles and manual transmission. It has been religiously upkept and all highway, so everything runs and sounds like it should. Interesting note, my dad has never once put premium gas in it. When I ran it to empty and put some Mobil 93 it ran soooo well. Also, someone keyed it last week while I had it parked on LI, but it isn't too bad.
