gsr vs. 04 accord...opinions?

so my buddys car got stolen last night...

he wants to buy a 2000 gsr.

I'm telling him to get an 04 accord.

what do you guys think. he wants used so maybe 03 accord?

gsr would probably be around $15k compared to close to 20 for the accord.

v6 accord...

04 accord will cost you more than 20 unless you want the LX model. Ex is around 26-27 with a v6

Many more mods available for the gsr compared to the Accord.

i feel ur pain! my car was totalled cuz of a stupid driver too. I've been wanting to buy a used gsr to play with as well. What made me most pissed about losing my gsr is the week after i lost it, i had planned on dropping in an exhaust, cams, intake manifold and throttle body.

stupid drivers should be forced to lay in a pit of ants with honey all over them!

If you're buddy wants to really mod the car then GS-R. It'll be tough finding an 03 6spd for less than $20k.

Why not a VW GTI VR6 or 1.8T, all had for less than 20K new? Plus the turbo is a mod-heaven.

gsr is alot more fun once modded, the accord is a solid car and is the winner if he isnt modding the gsr.
