Greetings from a Nissan guy..
Hey folks, I found this board quite by accident when I saw TypeR's post on the AccordV6 site about his 1/4 mile time. That got my attention, and then when I read on and found that he had a 3.5L engine, that really got my attention.
Let me say, that I don't care what kind of car you drive, as an automobile enthusiast, you gotta love what TypeR's done to his car (I just wish he didn't have 3777 posts so I can find the original threads on how he got a 3.5L engine. My first thought was that he transplanted the 3.5L in from the RL, but I found later on that he stroked it. Still, pretty impressive).
I was also pretty impressed with some of the dyno numbers you folks are getting with 3.2Ls. In all honesty, with pulleys, exhaust, and intake, I anticipate my 03 Altima 5spd (on order) will dyno between 225-230 peak at the wheels, with about 235 peak torque. And that's on a cold day. I'm reading that some of you are dynoing 250s, and again, as an auto enthusiast, it's pretty impressive.
Although the cars aren't really in the same class, they seem to fall pretty close to one another performance-wise.
In any case, with some notable exceptions I've come across in the racing/kill story forum, seems like a classy board.
And no matter what Honda folks think about Nissans or vice-versa, you gotta admit that the little manufacturer's rivalry they've got between them atm is good for both camps :-)
Cheers, and be safe out there.

This is the way it should be. An enthusiast who appreciates all cars. It shouldn't matter what brand it is or if its foreign or domestic, every car has its strengths and weaknesses. welcome aboard

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. I promise to be a good internet citizen and respect your forum. Pics of the alt as soon as I get the call from Round Rock Nissan letting me know it arrived (no pictures of the interior, I promise ).
