I have an itch to buy a BMW...maybe cause my tranny is taking a shit

I know it only has 170hp, but are they really that slow? Does the 0-60 in about 7 sec...not much different than my CL-P. Would it be much of a downgrade?

The prices don't sound too bad...

 

Since you are coming from a clp the speed probably wont be too much of an issue, that car aint fast but will be comparable to your current one.

Black Coupe looks great, price seems pretty reasonable actually.

 

Will, do research before jumping into one. I am sure it will cost $$ to fix those cars!! The black BMW looks real nice and also low miles, check it out, but realize the cost to maintain one!

 

At least try to get a 328 man. Like the others said, keep mantainence in mind. Medium thing in that car could go wrong and might end up costing you as much as a tranny in your Acura.


PS: I'd look at 540s if I was you - buddy of mine wants a Bimmer too and found he can get a 540i 6spd for the same price as the 3xxCi he was looking at. Of course it's not going to get the gas mileage the 3 will, but it's pretty fast - and quite fast over 70 on the highway.
