Yah Thats What I Was Thinking Of Doing.
But How Long Do You Think The Engine Would Run For?
I Asked Around And People Told Me Import Cars Like Acura Would Run Up To 500 000km. Is That True??

If they have been cared for yes...I see a car with a PS and shitty rims like that I'd bet the owner does not have a paper trail of all the service ever done on that car.

Agreed. Find a 99-03 in the same price range. And you'll be getting a better engine, and someone who takes are of their ride through the dealership or a very trusted mechanic.

And after market shit is just that. A PS2 in the car. Why? It's a good idea in a minivan, where you have kids sitting and they need to be quiet as you head out on a long vacation. Other than that, no reason. And anyone can throw wheels on a car. I bet the handling on that thing sucks, as the sidewall is a bit thin.

98 TL with 220k is a bit pushing your luck IMHO ...

I know it's a god engine, but it can be a ticking bomb for all I know ...

ps. I've had my 2G TL for more than 8 yers & more than 130k, but 220k is another level ..

Also, isn't there a major service, including timing belt and water pump change, at 105K miles (230K km)?
If yes, the cost of that service is between $600 and $1400 USD if OP is not DIY.

96 - 98 TL's have VERY reliable engines and transmissions IF they were serviced properly and regularly.

I've had my '97 TL for over 5 years now and it hasnt given me any problems. Over 170,000 miles on it, still running great.

I'm speaking in general terms as well. That generation TL is very well built.
