Funny, I know the owner of that Monster Charger...but it was for sale, so it might be in new hands now.

I have to say...I actually like the star wars themed lambo.

Really though, maybe they're just sponsorships? I think the point of getting a car like a Lamborghini IS to get attention.... so, no worries there. Looks like a lot of fun!

Would do once, just to do it once. I still have my Mischief series DVDs documenting the crazy rallies. I've always wanted to do one. $7-8k is more affordable than the other more expensive events that cost $30k+.
I don't know if they would allow a lowly Hi-un-da-ee to participate, though.

This one isn't as much http://www.modball.com/rally/east-coast-2011-usacanada/. However you probably wouldn't have all the exotics since it is open to anything which would be kind of a bummer.

I was going to participate in the inaugural GR, but got cold feet once Abel took my deposit money for the GatorRun and then was reluctant to refund it after he canceled the event. I've been bummed I haven't participated in one since. Next year . . .

They actually had an exotic car rental company signed up for the rally-you could rent one for just the rally and they would have it ready at the start point, and then take it back at the end. Very expensive though . . .
So Clutch, how was it? Would you recommend it?
