A local tire place will charge one price for under 19.5 inches, and another price for over 19.5 inches to mount and balance tires (at least that's what their sing says). They do it this way, not because there are 19.5 inch rims, but because they aren't. 19 and down one price, 20's and up are more expensive.
Maybe that's where the confusion is from, but I've never heard of rims in half sizes

the google search only came up with f-series truck wheels, not something that you'd buy at an aftermarket shop for rims and tires... i think she's wrong

remember....the rim itself isnt "xx" inches....it the inside of the rim where the tire mounts..i measured my actual rim and its almost 21 inches...dont know if that helps with anything...maybe its still a 19...but the inside is a little bigger?

they make 19.5" rims and tires. for trucks/rv's.
